I had made detailed queries before placing order with seller on WhatsApp. Order placement was smooth but shipment picking by Bluedart courier was delayed by nearly 1.5 days. Meanwhile, after placing order and while feeling jittery about the shipment, I found many negative comments on Google about the shipper. Meanwhile, I tracked the shipment closely. It arrived within 5 days. I found the packing done with care to avoid shipment damages. Because of the negative comments, I also did a video recording of the package received. No damages found. Once the battery was initially charged after receipt and as per manual instructions of the seller, I found it reached only 59%. I contacted the seller and I was advised to drain the battery from 59% to 0% and then leave it on charging in laptop shutdown mode for over night. It was done and I found that this time the battery charged to 88%. Again discharged to 0% and recharged in laptop shutdown mode for overnight. This time it charged full 100%. Now, I am using it as regular battery connected to mains except occasionally on battery mode. No abnormality observed. Will see how many months the battery behaves normally. Will review once again after 6 months (6 month warranty offered by seller) if another review is allowed. Thanks Mr Sanjay Shah for the good experience as of now.
