Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Partners

We ship PAN India through BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post. The courier partner is assigned based on your delivery location and serviceability.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability, weather, or public holidays. Tracking details are shared via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to Rs. 50,000. COD orders have the same dispatch timeline as prepaid orders.

Returns & Replacement Policy

Our 15-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 15-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery for products that are defective (not working as expected) or damaged during transit. This means if your product has a genuine fault, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

Note: This guarantee covers defective and transit-damaged products. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, wrong installation, or incompatibility due to an incorrect order placed by the customer.

What Is Covered

  • Product not charging (battery defect)
  • Product arrived broken or cracked due to transit damage
  • Product stops working within 15 days of delivery without physical damage
  • Wrong product shipped by us (different from what you ordered)

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused after delivery (dropped, cracked, liquid damage)
  • Wrong product ordered by the customer — eligible for exchange only, not refund
  • Requests raised after 15 days from delivery date

Three Resolution Options

When you raise a return/replacement request, you can choose from:

ExchangeIf you ordered the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one. You must ship the item back to us. Reverse pickup is not available for exchange requests.
ReplacementIf the product is defective or damaged in transit, we will send an identical replacement. Reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
RefundIf the product is technically faulty and we are unable to provide a working replacement (out of stock), a full refund will be processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

How to Raise a Request — Step by Step

  1. Log in to laptopgallery.co.in and go to My Account > Order History
  2. Find your order and click on Details
  3. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 98244-15090 or email support@laptopgallery.co.in with: (a) your order number, (b) a photo of the product received, (c) a photo of your invoice, and (d) description of the issue
  4. Our team will verify your request within 24 business hours and notify you of the decision
  5. If approved for replacement or refund: keep the product in its original packaging. A reverse pickup will be scheduled. Hand the product to the courier in sealed, original packaging.
  6. Refund will be processed within 2–4 business days after we receive and physically verify the returned product.

Refund Method

Prepaid orders: Refund is credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking).

COD orders: Refund is credited to the bank account or UPI ID you provide us. Please share your account number and IFSC code when raising the request.
